I noticed that women are almost always white, never seen an Asian or other ethnic group under these conditions. Perhaps you have no time to be there after the shower to dry your hair but then the result is not and 'the best. When left to dry your own hair can hardly have a neat hairstyle but the dress is not much here to Monaco and then do not look too much to aesthetics.
So in the supermarket, on the train or around shops ste see girls with wet hair to go walking around with any air temperature regardless of any headaches, colds or other side effects of this habit totally new to me.
